Mixpbx webinterface configuration

The default configuration settings is a starting point to configure the MIXpbx and some of global configuration options. In most cases the user or system administrator does not need to change the values. The MIXpbx is preconfigured and works out of the box. Most interesting configuration values
- Default phone number that is shown on outgoing calls
- CallerID number
- CallerID name
- CallerID lookup URL for incoming calls
