Single number reachability and mobile integration
MIXvoip's integration of external devices like mobile phones gives you the unique opportunity to be reachable under one singe number. You no longer need to communication different numbers to your customers. They call you on your main office number and through some smart routing rules you can define if your mobile phone should ring or not. Once you answered a call on your external device you can even transfer (blind or attended)it to a colleague.
You can route all outgoing calls from your mobile phone through your PBX and present your unique company number to your customers. This feature is supported by all mobile phones, by just modifying or adding the number in a different format to the contacts in your mobile device. Our automatic sync and over-the-air push tools can ease this task.
