Supernode protocoldialing

Through MIXvoip you can do do direct SIP or IAX calls. Unfortunately entering a SIP URI or IAX URI into a softphone cab break the protocol because of special characters like '@'. Therefore we created a protocol friendly syntax. Just place a call to a remote SIP or IAX URI by using one of the possible syntaxes below. You can use this either on your PBX or any softphone.

SIP URI calls

Format: SIP##SERVER##PORT##NUMBER

SERVER: IP address or fully qualified domain name of the remote server

PORT: The port number. If nothing is specified we will use 5060 as default port

NUMBER: The destination number you want to call on the remote server. optional

SKYPE buddy dialing

Format: SKYPE##SKYPE-BUDDY-NAME

SKYPE-BUDDY-NAME: just the skype buddy you want to call
