The mail2fax feature enables you to send a fax my using your e-mail client.

Process

• Send an email to recipient@ufax.eu
  • Recipient must be the numeric phone number of the remote fax machine
• Attach the document(s) you want to fax
• Put your fax authentication key into the body of the e-mail (not into the subject)
  • You can retrieve your fax authentication key by logging into our webinterface
  • Access the "Account settings section"

Features and limitations

• Supports 1-5 documents per e-mail
• Supports up to 5 different recipients
• Supports PDF and TIFF files as attachments
• Documents should be in portrait not landscape format
• You can define the outgoing caller-id in the webinterface voipsettings section

Hint: Create an e-mail signature that includes your faxkey

You can create an e-mail signature inside your e-mail client. This makes it easier to send a fax as you do not have to remember your complicated faxkey.
