A ring group is an routing option that rings several users simultaneously on incoming calls, this can either be done while playing the normal ring tone to the calling party or by playing some music.

Routing options such as ring groups can be defined in the routings section of each extension.

Available routing options that define ring groups are:

• Ring 1-5 users/phones
• Ring 1-5 users/phones while playing music
• Ring any number of users/phones (Queue)
• Ring any number of users/phones while playing music (Queue)

Just chose one of those options and then select multiple users that should be rang simultaneously. Hold the "Control" key on your keyboard to select multiple users.
