Attended transfer

Solution 1

• Push hold
• Dial the number of the party you want to transfer to
  • This can be done by dialling the number or by using the extension keys
• As soon as the called party answer you can hangup or push transfer twice

Solutions 2

If the party you want to transfer to is configured on an extension key, you do not have to put the caller on hold.

• Push the extension key you want to transfer to
• As soon as the called party answer you can hangup or push transfer twice to initiate the transfer

Blind transfer

• Push transfer
• Dial the party you want to transfer to or use an extension key
• Press OK
