[edit] Login / Logout
In order to use the phone you have to login with your extension.
- Push the Login button
- Enter your extension number
- Enter your PIN which is “2442” by default.
- Push the “Login” button
[edit] Change PIN - mandatory
The PIN can be changed via the Voicemail menu. In order to access the Voicemail menu dial “898910” and follow the instructions. Press 5 to access the “change PIN” menu.
[edit] Dial a number
Enter the number by using the dialpad and confirm by:
- pressing the “Dial” button
- picking up the handset
[edit] Blind transfer
- Press the “Xfer” button, which puts the other party on hold
- Enter the destination number
- Confirm the transfer by pressing the “Xfer” button
[edit] Attended transfer
[edit] Method A: Using the “Xfer” button
- Press the “Xfer” button, which puts the other party on hold
- Enter the destination number
- Confirm the transfer by pressing the “Dial” button
- Announce the caller to the new party
- Confirm the transfer by:
- pressing the “Xfer” button
- hanging up the handset
- pressing the “Hangup” button
- Cancel the transfer by:
- pressing the “Drop” button
[edit] Method B: Using the “Line” button
- Launch the second call by pressing a “Line” button, which puts the other party on hold
- Call the destination number
- Push the “Xfer” button
- Announce the caller to the new party
- Push the “Line” button that you want to transfer the call to

[edit] Group pickup
In order to pickup a “ringing” call within your ring group press the “Pickup” button (upper left corner).
[edit] Precise pickup
If you want to pickup a call of a precise phone that is ringing dial * + extension number of the ringing phone. Example: *360
